Cleanroom Partitions and Doors

GMP Metal Doorsets are available in different configurations to satisfy the client’s requirements and its applications in various fields like cleanrooms, fire-rated doors, industrial doors etc. In addition to the single leaf and double leaf doors with removable door over panels;  borrowed light and glazing can be introduced wherever required.

GMP Metal Doorsets are specifically tailored to the requirements of the client with special attention being paid to the use of galvanised steel / SS304 throughout the door.

The doorsets are capable of accepting glazing in many configurations with air vents, louvers and a wide range of hardware.

For the cleanroom applications of doors all the accessories used in the cleanroom doors are suitable for cleanroom applications.

Fire Rated Doors

• Fire Rated Doors Available in fire resistant levels up-to 2 hours all tested to BS 476 Part 20 & 22, IS3614 (Part 2)
• Our fire doors are tested and certified by CBRI (Roorkee), Warringtonfire (UK) and UL (USA) and CE.

Ironmongery : The Complete fire rated Ironmongery is used in our fire rated doors which is sourced from renowned manufacturers.

GMP modular partitions are being used in the cleanrooms throughout the world in a wide range of applications from API manufacturing to Sterile manufacturing units. The system is readily adaptable to meet the requirements of all the cleanroom classifications as determined by the latest GMP guidelines used in respective pharmaceutical applications.

A complete range of partition walls and ceiling systems (walkable and non-walkable type) are available to meet the technical requirements of the controlled environment rooms.

GMP Panels are resistant to abrasion, chemicals and reagents used for fumigation, steam, water, artificial and UV light. The panels are non–combustible, non–shedding, water and fire retardant.
