GMP Metal Doorsets are available in different configurations to satisfy the client’s requirements and its applications in various fields like cleanrooms, fire-rated doors, industrial doors etc. In addition to the single leaf and double leaf doors with removable door over panels; borrowed light and glazing can be introduced wherever required.
GMP Metal Doorsets are specifically tailored to the requirements of the client with special attention being paid to the use of galvanised steel / SS304 throughout the door.
The doorsets are capable of accepting glazing in many configurations with air vents, louvers and a wide range of hardware.
For the cleanroom applications of doors all the accessories used in the cleanroom doors are suitable for cleanroom applications.

|Construction||Door leaf from 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm/1.6mm thick zinc coated galvanised steel sheet. Zinc coating 80-120 g/m2. Lock formed profile with internal stiffeners, 4.0mm thick hinge reinforcing, hardware mounting plates and lock protection. Doorframe from 1.2mm/1.6mm/2.0mm thick galvanised steel with mitered and welded corners, frame straps, Hinge reinforcing plates, fixing plates and hardware mounting plates.|
|Insulation||Door leaf filled with either mineral wool, honeycomb paper/aluminium core or polyurethane foam|
|Finish||Pure/Epoxy Polyester powder coating.|
|Fixing||Fixing through frame by expansion bolt & Mortar straps.|
